We are thrilled to announce that we are working on a brand-new experience at the Capitol Cinema in Cheyenne: CLUB 21!
Club 21 is a new addition to the Capitol, designed to provide a more relaxed experience for our adult guests. Club 21 is located in a new wing of the Capitol, with a private entrance leading to a casual lounge featuring custom artwork and a lounge area. Club 21 will also have its own separate restrooms.
The Club 21 concessions will initially feature your movie favorites plus our popular hot food offerings. A more enhanced restaurant experience will be added in 2021.
The plush Club 21 auditoriums will feature powered electric recliners with tables, wall-to-wall screens, and the very best in digital projection and sound.
Admission for Club 21 will primarily be restricted to guests 21 and older. However, for some earlier showtimes, families will be permitted as long as there is an adult in the group. Showtimes for Club 21 will be designated on WyoMovies.com and at the box office. Most movies shown in Club 21 will also be presented in the main Capitol auditoriums without an age restriction (other than normal restrictions for R-rated titles).
Club 21 is tentatively scheduled to open early 2021, and we cannot wait to welcome you into this new addition to the Capitol. Stay tuned for more updates!
April 28, 2021 Update:
The NEW Club 21 is now open on weekends. To buy tickets, look for “Club 21” next to showtimes. Please note: admission to Club 21 is limited to guests 21 and older ONLY.
January 20, 2021 Construction Update:
The first auditorium in the new Club 21 addition is ready for installation
of the reclining seats! Installation of the acoustic wall panels, screens and draperies was done by Ryan and Mark Stauffer of CLACO Sales & Equipment. Once new movies return, we will have all four auditoriums ready to roll. Get vaccinated, cowboys!!
November 19, 2020 Construction Update:
The projected opening date for Club 21 has now been shifted to early 2021 due to construction delays, but construction is still moving along! We can’t wait to share this new addition to the Capitol with you.
October 21, 2020 Construction Update:
The wood slatted ceiling is being installed and will be smoothed and sanded soon. Bathrooms are in progress. Lobby walls are underway, with framing in for digital poster cases and more wood accents. Flooring is coming along nicely as well. We can’t wait to have you join us in Club 21 this holiday season!
