TIPS FOR NAVIGATING OUR NEW WEBSITE ON A DESKTOP OR TABLET:

  • First time visit to the new webpage?  Be sure to accept the cookies and select a location.
  • Today’s showtimes appear by default.  Use the date bar to see other dates.
  • The first time you click on a movie and showtime you will be asked to log into your Studio Rewards account.  If you don’t have an account, you can create a free one at this time.
  • If you decide to “Continue As Guest,” you will not earn points and you will not be eligible for an online refund.
  • You will now see a seating chart for the selected showtime.  You use your mouse wheel and keys to enlarge or move the chart around.  Click on a seat to select a seat.   Click again to unselect a seat.
  • If you are not happy with the available seats, you can check out the seats for other show times.  Additional show times appear in the lower left corner of the page.
  • You can click through those times to see the seat availability for those alternate times.
  • If you change your mind and want to start over, click the X in top left corner
  • Clicking on the “X” will takes you back to today’s movies and times and allows you to start over.

PURCHASING TIPS:

  • After picking a show time, make sure you have selected the correct theatre.  This is in the top left corner of the page.  It also appears at the top of your cart to the right.  Please clear you cart before changing theatres. The theatre location also appears on the main page next to the date bar.
  • Check your day and showtime.  The showtime appears in your cart on the right side of the page. 
  • Click on the seats you want.  All guests ages 2 and older need to purchase a seat.  If you want to remove a seat, just click on it a second time.  The system will not allow you to leave a single empty seat next to a seat already sold or selected.
  • For each seat that you select you will be asked to select a ticket type.  
  • Once you are happy with your seat selection, click NEXT: CART
  • Please check the movie title, Date, Time and number of tickets.   You can delete tickets by clicking on the trash can.
  • Remember, if you messed up and want to start over, please click on the X in the top right corner.  This will take you back to the homepage with today’s movies and show times.
  • If everything looks good, click on NEXT: PAYMENT
  • You must now check the TERMS OF SERVICE box to continue
  • If you are logged in, your name and email address is automatically added
  • If you have gift cards you may add them
  • If you have Studio Cash available you have the option to use all or some of it
  • If there is a balance due, please enter your credit card information.
  • For faster checkout, Studio Rewards members have the option to save gift cards and credit card information under their account profile.
