TIPS FOR NAVIGATING OUR NEW WEBSITE USING A MOBILE PHONE:

- First time visit to the new webpage? Be sure to accept the cookies and select a location.
- Today’s showtimes appear by default. Use the date bar to see other dates.
- The first time you click on a showtime you will be asked to log into your Studio Rewards account. If you don’t have an account, you can create a free one at this time.
- If you decide to “Continue As Guest,” you will not earn points and you will not be eligible for an online refund.
- You will now see a seating chart for that showtime. You can pinch the screen to enlarge or move the chart around. Click on a seat to select a seat. Click again to unselect a seat.
- If you are not happy with the available seats, you can check out the seats for other show times. Additional show times appear on a sliding bar above the seating chart.
- You can click through those times to see the seat availability for those alternate times.
- If you change your mind and want to start over, click the X in top left corner
- Clicking on the “X” will take you back to today’s movies and times and will allow you to start over.
PURCHASING TIPS:
- After picking a show time, make sure you have selected the correct theatre. The location apperars in your cart at the top of the page. Be sure to clear your cart before changing theatres. The theatre location also appears on the main showtime page above the date bar.
- Check your day and showtime. This appears in your cart at the top of the screen.
- Click on the seats you want. All guests ages 2 and older need to purchase a seat. If you want to remove a seat, just click on it a second time. The system will not allow you to leave a single empty seat next to a seat already sold or selected.
- For each seat that you select you will be asked to select a ticket type. All guests 2 and older need a seat.
- Once you are happy with your seat selection, click NEXT: PAYMENT.
- Please check the movie title, Date, Time and number of tickets. You can delete tickets by opening up your cart and clicking on the trash can next to the ticket(s) you wish to delete.
- Whenever you open up your cart, you must click on HIDE CART to proceed to the payment step.

- You must check the TERMS OF SERVICE box to continue.
- If you are logged in, your name and email address is automatically added
- If you have gift cards or vouchers you may add them
- If you have Studio Cash available you have the option to use all or some of it
- If there is a balance due, please enter your credit card information.
- For faster checkout, Studio Rewards members have the option to save gift cards and credit card information under their account profile.
