TICKET REFUND POLICY:
Refunds for Tickets Purchased WHILE LOGGED INTO A STUDIO REWARDS ACCOUNT
Good news: you now have the ability to cancel your advance ticket order if you made the purchase using your Studio Rewards account.
- To be eligible for a refund you must login to your online Studio Rewards account prior to purchasing your ticket. If you don’t yet have an account, you have the option to quickly create one online here. Don’t worry, we don’t sell your information.
- If life happens and you can’t make your showtime, click on the link in your confirmation email to start the refund process. If you made the purchase in person or if you did not get the confirmation email simply login to your account and then click on ACCOUNT and you will see your personal welcome screen. Click on ORDER HISTORY. Then change the tab to either CURRENT or UPCOMING until you see the order you want to cancel. You can cancel the entire order or just individual tickets.
- You can cancel up to 30 minutes prior to your showtime.
- Your refund will go to the payment methods that you used, including: credit card, gift card or Studio Cash. Note that card issuers typically take 3 to 7 days to apply the refund to your account. Booking Fees are paid to a third party vendor and are not refundable.
- If your purchase was NOT made online, please immediately contact the theatre at https://pages.wyomovies.com/online-ticketing-help/. If your refund is approved, a free ticket will be added to your account. The free ticket can be located in your account on the the MEMBERSHIP page on the VOUCHERS tab. It can be used online or in person at the theatre.
- None of this works if you made the purchase without an active Studio Rewards account!
Refunds for Advance Tickets Purchased WITHOUT LOGGING INTO A STUDIO REWARDS ACCOUNT
- At least 30 minutes before your showtime, please bring your printed tickets or confirmation to the theatre. If you paid with a gift card, credit or debit card, please bring that with you.
- As soon as possible, but at least two hours before your showtime you may also contact us by email at this link: https://pages.wyomovies.com/online-ticketing-help/
- Please provide as much information as possible including confirmation number, theatre location, movie title, date and time of showing.
- If we receive your request in time, we may be able to refund directly to your credit card and/or gift card or provide you with a Rain Check.
- You may also try to contact us by phone, but keep in mind that we can only answer phone calls when the theatre is open for business. If you call during during when we are closed or during busy times, we likely will not be able to answer and your call will go to voice mail.
