Q: I HAVE AN OLD PLASTIC CARD, WHY DO I HAVE TO REGISTER MY CARD?
A: Your card must be linked to an email address in order to earn and redeem your Studio Cash. This also helps us to replace lost cards and preserve your rewards. Cards that are not registered will not have optimal functionality. If you your existing card is not registered, we can do that for you at the theatre.
Q: I ALREADY REGISTERED BUT CANNOT GET INTO MY ACCOUNT?
A: Due to software improvements made in Feb 2026, you will need to update your password. You can send a password request here. You will get an email with password reset instructions. When you have completed this, you get access to your new personal dashboard. After updating your password, a free small popcorn will be added to your account. You can see this on your MEMBERSHIP tab under VOUCHERS.
Q: HOW DO I EARN STUDIO CASH?
A: You earn 100 points for each $1.00 spent on purchases of tickets, concession items, merchandise and service fees. You must present your card number at the time of purchase. You can also earn Studio Cash for online purchases as long as you login into your account prior to making any online purchases.
Q: HOW DO I USE MY STUDIO CASH?
A: Your Studio Cash can be used at the theatre to purchase tickets, food, beverages and merchandise. You can also use Studio Cash for online purchases of tickets, concessons and service fees. Be sure to login to your account before making online purchases. Once logged in, your Studio Cash point balance will appear. Think of your points as pennies. 100 points is equivalent to $1.00 in Studio Cash credit.
Q: DOES MY STUDIO CASH EXPIRE?
A: Your Studio Cash does not expire as long as you use your card at least once every six months. We will email registered members if your Studio Cash is close to expiration.
Q: CAN POINTS BE ADDED AFTER I MAKE A PURCHASE WITHOUT PRESENTING MY CARD OR LOGGING INTO MY ACCOUNT?
A: Sorry, we cannot add points to your account after the purchase transaction is completed.
Q: I NEED TO CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER OR NAME
A: To edit your personal information such as email address, phone number or name, please login to your account where you can update your profile. We can also make these changes for you at the theatre. For other difficulties, please shoot us an email through this link. Please provide as much information as possible (Studio Rewards card number, name and changes you would like to make).
Q: I LOST MY CARD – CAN I GET A NEW ONE?
A: If you have an online account, it is not necessary to use a physical card. Log into your account and you can find your account number and Studio Cash points balance. Bring a mobile phone to theatre, login to your account and show us your digital card. If you prefer a physical card replacement, please request one at the theatre. Your account info and balances will transfer to the new physical card ONLY if the old card was registered.
Official Rules
- Studio Rewards membership is limited to those guests ages 13 and older. WyoMovies® employees are not eligible. WyoMovies® reserves the right to deny or terminate membership at its sole discretion. Only one account may be issued per email address and guest.
- Online activation of the Studio Rewards account is required in order to redeem “Studio Cash” and other awards.
- Studio Rewards members receive 100 points for each dollar spent on tickets and concessions made at all our physical theatre locations or online at the WyoMovies® webpage. For example: A $10 purchase earns 1000 points which are equivalent to $1.00 in Studio Cash.
- Points are awarded based on the purchase amount prior to the addition of any sales tax. In the computation of points, the purchase is rounded down to the nearest dollar. For example: a pre-tax purchase of $50.75 is rounded down to $50.00
- Your membership number or email address must be presented before the transaction in order to receive points. Only one member account may be used per transaction. For online orders, you must login into your Studio Rewards card before making a purchase.
- Members may obtain points for purchases made by themselves, family members and up to two non-related guests per visit. A maximum of 30,000 points may be earned per day per card. This is equivalent to a $300 daily purchase.
- Points are not awarded for the the purchase of gift cards, group ticket sales, subscriptions, children matinee season tickets, third-party fees, theatre rentals or special event programs. Points are not awarded for the redemption of passes, vouchers, group tickets, rain checks or coupons. Points are not awarded for sales tax or other government-imposed fees.
- Studio Cash is valid as long as the member uses their Studio Rewards card at least once every six months. If the member does not use their account within any six-month period, the entire Studio Cash account balance will expire.
- Studio Cash balances, vouchers, coupons and other rewards must be used by the registered account member. Studio Rewards cards, Studio Cash, points and coupons are not transferrable, except when transferred from a lost, stolen or damaged card issued to the same member.
- Points have no cash value, are not gift certificates and may only be used for rewards as specified above.
- Rewards are subject to verification. In the event of web hosting or telecommunications failure, the Studio Rewards program may be temporarily unavailable.
- Accounts which are shared beyond the member’s household or which have been altered, tampered with or fraudently used shall be voided and all previous points, Studio Cash and coupons earned shall be cancelled and the member prohibited from participating in the program.
- WyoMovies® reserves the right to change, alter or discontinue the program and/or rewards at any time without any liability to Studio Rewards members.
- Registered members will be notified by email prior to any change or termination of the Studio Rewards program. A change or termination may result in loss of earned points or Studio Cash.
- WyoMovies® and its affiliates do not share your personal information. This information is only used by us and our affiliated companies to customize your Studio Reward benefits. Our complete Privacy Policy may be viewed at this link: https://wyomovies.com/privacy
- In order to create and utilize a Studio Rewards account, you must agree to receive emails regarding your account. These emails will provide you with purchase confirmations, Studio Cash updates, coupons and bonus opportunities.
