Online Ticketing Help

If you logged into your Studio Rewards account before purchasing tickets, then please check your account to locate your order.  First log in, then under ACCOUNT, select ORDER HISTORY, select either CURRENT or UPCOMING to find the order that you wish to cancel.  If you did not login to your account, or if you purchased your ticket in person, you are welcome to send an email to the theatre office by completing the form below and we attempt to cancel your purchase. If you wish to return an advance ticket in person, please bring the credit card you used to purchase the ticket to the theatre box office at least 30 minutes before the showtime.

Completing the form below is the preferred method.  You may also call the theatre during business hours, but the staff may not be able to answer calls during busy periods.
